Delivery

Delivery is usually within 3–5 working days for stocked items and standard embroidered items. Home delivery is 25 AED, and delivery is free on orders over 450 AED.

  • Parcel tracking

    Parcels are tracked through Aramex using your tracking number and postcode.

  • If there's an issue with your order

    Trutex will contact you with a refund or an alternative product where appropriate.

  • Availability

    Acceptance of an order does not guarantee product availability or delivery.

  • Busy periods

    Deliveries may take longer during the busy August period. For Back to School, we recommend ordering early, preferably in July. This is a recommendation, not a delivery guarantee.
