Start a return in a couple of minutes. You’ll need your order number and the email address the order was placed with — there’s no need to create an account.

Starting a return online needs JavaScript switched on. You can also email us at infomea@trutex.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, or bring the item back to the store it was bought from.

Delivery charge refunds

If an order is returned more than 7 days after you receive it, the delivery charge is refunded only when the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
